By downloading, installing, or using any app or service provided by Scoby Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scoby Studio is an independent software studio. We operate apps including Pikipon, Walus, and Dano. Contact us at antonin.marlier@gmail.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission. For apps designed for younger children (such as Pikipon), a parent or guardian must create the account.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at antonin.marlier@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps.
• Create or distribute harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Use automated means to access our services without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Content you create within our apps (stories, characters, etc.) remains yours. By creating content in our apps, you grant Scoby Studio a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

All software, design, branding, and other intellectual property belonging to Scoby Studio remains our exclusive property. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to our intellectual property except as necessary to use our services as intended.

Some features may require payment. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms. We do not handle payment information directly. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scoby Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
